Deanna joined Traction as a contractor in July 2022 as our CEO’s Executive Assistant. Since then, she has become an indispensable member of the team, making significant contributions across multiple areas of the business.
Her role has since expanded to leading the execution of Traction’s marketing program, coordinating business development efforts, and managing The Futureproof Project. Whether keeping high-level execs focused, ensuring projects stay on track, or supporting behind-the-scenes in ways that make everyone’s job easier, Deanna is the steady force that keeps everything running smoothly.
A retired 20-year Navy veteran, she’s no stranger to high-pressure environments. With a knack for organization and a talent for bringing order to chaos, she seamlessly balances strategic execution with graceful support.
