Designing a People Strategy

By Adam Kleinberg
I'm proud that Traction has been honored to work with some of the world's greatest brands and that publications have recognized us as one of the top agencies in the U.S.
But what I'm most proud of is that in the last ten years, less than ten employees have ever chosen to leave our agency.
Last night I gave a guest lecture at SF State on "Designing a People Strategy.' This presentation breaks down how we've approached designing a culture that puts our clients' experience first (and their customers' experience first) by putting our employees experience first. It made it to the SlideShare home page this morning. Enjoy.
