Kristen Bergman has been a Senior Account Director at Traction since 2015. She manages an embedded team, working on digital marketing campaigns and platform development, at a very large and innovative Cupertino-headquartered company.

Kristen is a Bay Area native who knew from an early age that she was built for sales and client service (just ask her mom). Since the beginning of her career in advertising, Kristen has always focused on being a straight shooter and nurturing leader to develop breakthroughs that result in meaningful change.

Kristen launched her own agency in 1998, but after a 13-year stint in NE Oklahoma returned to the Bay Area. She knew she wanted to work for a digital agency where she could focus on the part of her job that she loves—managing a high-performing team (and not have to manage the overall business), and she found her home at Traction.

A professionally trained cook, Kristen loves to entertain and test unusual ingredients on the unsuspecting. She rides a Harley because, well, she’s a badass.
